How to claim the Bybit welcome bonus, step by step

Bybit's welcome programme is worth up to $30,020, and getting the first pieces of it takes about a week. The steps below are in the order Bybit's own deadlines require, with the deadline written next to each one, so nothing expires while you are still deciding.

Step 1 — open the account with code MNTR

Use an email address you control long-term and a password you do not use anywhere else; the account will eventually hold money.

Step 2 — verify identity

Nothing is released — no bonus, no withdrawal — until identity verification is complete. Bybit asks for a government photo ID and a selfie; the name on the account must match the document exactly. Step 3 — deposit at least 100 USD within 7 days

Step 4 — make the first trades within 30 days

Trading 500 USD in volume within thirty days releases the 15 USDT trade bonus, and 10,000 USD in volume opens a mystery box worth up to 1,000 USDT. Volume is cumulative turnover, so a 500 USD order counts once you have both bought and sold.

Step 5 — the ladder, if your trading takes you there

The remaining rewards are the deposit bonus ladder: $50 for a $500 deposit and $100k in volume, $100 for $3k and $250k, and upward to $30,000 for the top rung at $250k deposited and $150m in volume. Where the rewards show up

Everything above appears in the rewards hub inside your Bybit account, not as a direct balance credit. Each reward there has its own short terms — some are trading bonuses, some are coupons, some have an expiry — and reading those terms takes a minute and avoids the most common complaint, which is a reward that expired unused.
